This painting attempts to utilize colour arrangement and mark making in a soft and harmonious way. There is a twist to be found with the yellow ochre 'blob' to be found at the centre right. It is a focal feature because of the unusual yellow and placement of it at the centre of the image which can be challenging to pull off. It is uncommon for me to create a purely abstract painting without words, symbols or figures.
