People have mixed feelings about using the love heart in works of art. Personally I see in its essence and purity that it can be a beautiful visual image and metaphor. Using them in my work speaks of my rebellious nature echoed in my childhood art where you would find faces on all my suns. Contrary to the teachers advice that it was 'immature' to give suns a smiley face. Wink.
